Putting the breaks on fear
As we are witnessing, the coronavirus pandemic and resultant “closed for business” lockdown of the world has seen the fear meter hit an all-time high. The sensationalism and psychic driving delivered through the mainstream media is putting the fear of God into many people, who some now believe is the End of Days. Panic buying, social distancing and the breakdown of the world economy is sending many people over the edge, into realms of reality they find very hard to accept.
But is it all bad? Yes, the things that once were, are no longer. Many have lost a lot and are facing a wall of uncertainty. The future seems unpredictable, and this can be very frightening. But now more than ever we need to be very aware of what we are thinking, what we are telling ourselves, what we are listening to, and what we are doing to ourselves. Yes, we need to take responsibility for these things.
I’m sure I am not the only one who has or is experiencing immense energy pressure at this time. The recent full moon was the most intense energy I think I have ever felt – like being in an intense pressure cooker. The stream of energy was literally crushing my skull. The whole side of the face locked up and I felt like I was being crushed. I began to feel the effects of fear build up in my body, and I was searching to find a way to stop it. I could feel myself getting caught up in a whirlwind of fear.
Your energy space
It was during this intense period that I asked for guidance on what I can do to help alleviate not only my own situation, but the situation of others who are also experiencing massive energetic shifts.
I felt compelled to do something. Something meaningful that would help me and other people navigate this intense period of change.
The answer came, and it was to create a website that could bring healers together in a community blog that would offer help to people on how they could navigate through the enormous energetic shift we are all experiencing. I wanted to create something that empowered people to believe in their ability to change and adapt, and not to succumb to fear and hopelessness. And so the Your Energy Space website was seeded.
Putting the call out
And so I am putting the call out to healers around the world to contribute articles to this website that will inspire, inform, heal and uplift readers. To help them navigate the winds of change as our planet undergoes its own healing, change and recalibration.
The call out is for healers of all walks of life, not only energy healers, psychics, channels, and body workers, but also the grounded healers who sustain our way of life – the bakers, plumbers, farmers, homemakers, cooks and everyday people who have a gift for creating and fixing things we use in our everyday life.
The isolation so many of us are experiencing is forcing us to become more self-sustaining and self-reliant. Those who can grow their own food, cook, fix the plumbing or organise the household are needed to bring us practical tips and advice on how to be more self-reliant. The more we become empowered to do things for ourself, the less we have to rely on entities and institutions to tell us what to do and run our way of life.
Building our own reality
This is an amazing time to be on our planet. A time of opportunity for growth in so many ways. Destruction can be considered the seed of creation. It is nature to build upon that which decays.
And so, at this time of the coronavirus pandemic, we see much of the “old world” begin to crumble and fall down. Not only large entities, governments and institutions, but that which we hold blocked in our own personal ancestral psyche that is being called to be released. But if we don’t know the way through these shifts or how to deal with it, we could fall victim to those who may take further advantage of our fear-weakened state and keep us locked in the “old world”.
